Refund for returns will be issued in the form of a digital gift card

  • Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and smell free with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.

  • We must receive unwanted merchandise within 10 business  days of your order date for a full refund. Reduced and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges after 10 business days cannot be accepted. Please note: The original shipping charge is non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item (via any carrier) you return.

  • If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.

  • We do not accept online returns at our brick and motor locations. All online orders must be returned to our online store. E-gift cards can only be redeemed in our online store and not at brick and motor locations.

 

Returns past the 10 day return policy will not be accepted or store credited.

International orders are allowed to return items 30 days from your order date.

Once your return is received and processed, we will email you your E-gift card that can be used on the website.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item for a refund, we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift card that you will be able to use towards the item you wish to order.
