    Processing can take up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday - Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday). Express shipping Orders are are within 24 hours.
  • How long is processing, shipping, and handling for Ryhva's Exclusive SwimWear Collection?"
    Ryhva's Exclusive Swim Wear Collection is our custom, hand-made swimwear so after order has been placed, it will take 1-2 weeks for production time. For Standard Shipping, orders take 7-10 business days to be received after your 1-2 week production time. For Priority Shipping: orders take 2-3 business days to be received after your 1-2 week production timeafter your 1-2 weeks production time. For International Shipping (excluding Jamaica) : 7-15 Business days after your 1-2 weeks production time. Free Shipping for orders from Jamaica.
  • I didn't receive my confirmation email?
    If you do receive an email from us within a few hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder. Also, please make sure you provided us with the correct email address on file. Email us for further assistance via our Contact Us Form.
  • How can I track my order?
    You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This email will include the tracking number for your order.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible,we are unable to do any cancellation.
  • Do you restock items?
    Unfortunately, we do not restock most of our items. Please visit our "Back In Stock" section to see what popular items we brought back.
  • I think my package was lost/stolen, what do I do?"
    ShopRyhva is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe and secure place at your delivery address. Once items are shipped, it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier to file a claim for the missing shipment.
  • What can be done if I forgot to use my discount code?
    We are sorry to hear that you did not use your discount code. Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that the discount code may be used on your next order, if the code is still valid.
